I am here for YOU. This body-based parenting, with the "Beneath the Behavior Approach", truly works. And it is not a cookie-cutter recipe for every child...because every child is unique. Simply, what works for one child, doesn't mean it works for your child.
So, together, we will get relentlessly and compassionately curious, and discover what is beneath your child's behaviors, and identify the valid, root causes of that challenging behavior. And that is when we can start transforming those challenging behaviors for the better!
One Coaching Session
This is an option if you'd like support, on an ongoing basis, for as little or as much as you'd like. This option is best for parents trying out coaching or wanting to address one significant issue.
You can simply click the link below to purchase a coaching session, and after payment, you will be linked to an online calendar to schedule a time that works for you.
And then we'll meet on Zoom, and we will be a team, to bring about effective change in your parenting experience! You are not alone.

Five-Session Coaching Package
The Five-Session Coaching Package includes five coaching sessions, online (via Zoom), that take place within a two-month period, with additional support outlined below. This package is best for parent(s) seeking deeper guidance with tools they can revisit anytime, and a savings on coaching sessions cost.
More details:
- Five one-on-one sessions: The first session is 75 minutes long; the remaining four sessions are 50-minutes each.
- You will complete a thorough online Intake Form which provides me with essential information so that we can use our time together most productively, and not for information gathering.
- Two online, on-demand courses: "Put the Fire Out: Transforming Challenging Behaviors" and "The New Lens of Discipline" will be available as well, for that two-month period.
- Email support will be available during the time we are working together (until the final coaching session).
- Personalized support for you, with resources and guides.

Four Month Coaching Package
The Four Month Coaching Package includes a total of 12 60-minute coaching sessions, with additional support. This package is best for parents ready for lasting transformation and seeking long-term support.
- A three hour "Deep Dive Intensive" one-on-one with Melissa, at the start, to kick off the behavior transformation and lower your stress immediately. The Deep Dive Intensive is usually delivered in two 90-minute sessions, held shortly after starting the program, and close together. It can be customized to meet your needs, such as three 60-minute sessions to start.
- Nine individual, private strategy sessions via Zoom, 60 minutes each, over the first three months.
- Extensive online intake process before we even start, for thorough information gathering to support our work.
- Access to online courses, available immediately, 24/7, for the lifetime of the program:
- "Put the Fire Out: Transforming Challenging Behaviors"
- '"A New View of Oppositional Defiant Disorder"
- Beneath the Behaviors: A Deep Dive, become a stress detective and identify the Hidden Stressors Driving your Child's Behavior.

- Online, lifetime access to a library of videos, PDFs, and resources to support your learning journey.

- Ongoing support between session through email as well as Voxer (for audio messages).
- Online Pre-Assessment and Post-Assessment to provide essential data-driven feedback, to see that it is working.
